This return policy will help you understand how Kaspers Ghost handles and maintains its orders and returns in the event of one.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, at which time you will be promptly
updated. If you want to ensure you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise
you to visit this page frequently. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Kaspers Ghost does not accept returns on any orders, but will replace any damaged or lost products, given that the customer meets the requirements below.
Once the product is delivered, the buyer has fifteen days to report an issue to Kaspers Ghost.
After this is done, the Buyer will receive a new product to replace the defective or damaged product. This order will be a priority and will be shipped as soon as possible. The customer will receive shipping updates and confirmation from Kaspers Ghost on product status.
Any problem outside of the fifteen-day mark will not be met with a free replacement of the product.
If the product is lost and never arrives
Kaspers Ghost understands because of circumstances outside of our control, sometimes our product may not reach the customer. If this happens, please reach out and let us know which order number it is, so we can best help. If the package was lost in transit, the customer shall receive a replacement product
